Getting access to our catalogue will enable you to pick out any hotel that meets your investment goals.

All of the hotels that have been viewed during your visit to our database automatically get saved in your personal card and you can move to the list of previously viewed real estate at any moment.

Confidentiality agreement

1. This Agreement outlines the obligations of the Parties concerning non-disclosure and confidentiality maintenance in the context of the interrelation between the Parties.

2. “Capital Consult Realty” Ltd., hereinafter “Company”, gives the Customer access to the information concerning real estate objects that is confidential.

3. Confidential information is provided by the Company to the Customer on electronic media.

4. The Parties agree that the measures of protection of confidential information taken in connection with this Agreement are reasonably sufficient.

5. The Customer will not sell, exchange, publish or otherwise disclose, including making copies, reproductions or using electronic media, any of the confidential information received during or under the conditions of this Agreement without specific prior written consent of the Company.

6. Among acts that are considered to be unauthorized use of confidential information are the following: realization by the Customer or any third party without notifying the Company of any transaction with respect to the real estate objects, information about which has been received by the Customer in connection with this Agreement; transmission of such information to a third party, and other acts by the Customer that wouldn’t be possible without possessing the confidential information provided by the Company.

7. The Customer is responsible to the Company for losing, disclosing, threatening to disclose or any other unauthorized use of confidential information in the form of indemnity for losses caused by the indicated actions (lack of actions)on the part of the Customer. Apart from compensating for losses the Customer will pay to the Company a fine of 500 000 (five hundred thousand) rubles for each established fact of unauthorized use of confidential information.

8. In case if the Customer has transmitted confidential information obtained during and in connection with this Agreement to third parties, which has resulted in the acquisition by these third parties of the rights of property (usufruct) for the corresponding object, the Customer will pay to the Company a fine of 10 (ten)% of the real estate object price.

9. This Agreement becomes effective once accepted by both Parties and is concluded for an indefinite period of time.

10. Applicable law to this Agreement is the substantive law of the Russian Federation.

11. The Parties shall attempt to settle any dispute arising under or in respect with this Agreement by means of negotiations. If the Parties fail to settle their controversies through negotiations, such disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the district court at the location of the Company.

12. Rights and obligations of the Parties within this Agreement, in case of reorganization of either of the Parties, shall be passed to legal successor(s).

13. This Agreement has been executed in two counterparts, of equal legal effect, one for each Party.
